Goal Work Priority
Provide a brief description about the results the team member achieved this year towards their goals/priorities.
During the review period, Efren transitioned from the Customer First department to the Digital Sales department. However, during his time in Customer First, he took the initiative to develop a workshop to answer the consistent questions he received from the dealer body regarding different retention programs and retention criteria. This workshop was titled, “All Things Retention” and Efren was able to reach 142 dealer associates and generate revenue for his department to put towards future retention initiatives.

In July, Efren joined the Digital Sales department and worked through the transition of bringing in two new associates while also revamping and adding dealers to the departments target list. With 25 dealers to focus on instead of 20, the department was able to increase Digital sales by 12%, which exceeded the department’s internal sales goal by more than 1,500 units and outpaced the Nation’s growth at the same time.

Along with that, Efren was tasked with binging two new associates up to speed in a relatively brief period. His efforts during this time demonstrated the behaviors associated with the Grow competency as he sent his team to digital conferences and took the approach of having each department member involved in managing their monthly newsletter instead of relegating that task to one team member. By having each associate developing the content for the newsletter, each associate had to research topics and ideas which would be impactful to the dealer
