A small town high school baseball player has accomplished several things throughout his life. The young athlete was a right handed pitcher named Ralph Terry. He has become a pitcher for the New York Yankees and a remodel for countless dreamers. Ralph Terry has activated some of his admirers to pursue their dreams. Ralph has made as some would say many accomplishments and inspired young athletes with his career choices and talent. He was put with the major league players at a young age and has not only had a baseball career nevertheless made bountiful achievements. Ralph Terry was born in a meager agricultural town called Big Cabin, Oklahoma. He was born on January 9th, 1936. “Ralph Terry was born and raised in Big Cabin, Oklahoma as Ralph Willard Terry,” (Tearing). Throughout his childhood Ralph lived with his parents Frank and Erma Terry. His family ran a couple of small town beer bars, one in Afton the other outside of Vinita, Oklahoma. Ralph has played for numerous baseball teams such as; The Independence Indians, New York Yankees, Kansas City Athletics, Cleveland Indians, and the New York Mets. Ralph made his first major league debut in 1956. He went one to two games played in his rookie season. Ralph Terry was in the most valuable player spot in the 1962 World Series. He is a two time all star as of the year 1962. Ralph is also a two time World Series champion.
