All Summer in a Day teaches readers that sadness is an important key in life because you can't always be happy. In paragraph two we are gonna be talking about how margot feels in the story. Then in paragraph three we are gonna be talking about more of margot's feelings. In the story All Summer in a Day tells us about how on venus they only see the sun about 7 years. Sadness is a bad thing most of the time but sometimes it is good. Sadness is a good part in this story because the other kids get sad after the sun goes away and that makes them think about margot.

The sadness is meant for margot but it also goes to the other kids. The other kids are happy for most of the story but at the end they are sad. The story “All Summer in a Day” tells us that the kids began to cry looking at the sky with frowny eyes. The kids were so happy outside but when they went inside they were sad. The story also tells us that the kids “had their hands at their sides, their smiles vanishing away.”(Bradbury). The sadness is not also for margot in the story.
