The constitution is the structure for the government, characterizing the three branches and their powers. The constitution is brief and does not pursuit to go over every case. I agree with Justice Ginsberg that the constitution is a changing document that should be left for interpretation. Even when the constitution seems fair, there can be adverse rights and powers. When conflict arises, the judges of the judicial branch are then able to interpret the constitution. Justice Ginsberg once said, "Every constitution written since the end of World War II includes a provision that men and women are citizens of equal stature. Ours does not. I have three granddaughters, I'd like them to be about to take out their constitution and say 'here is a basic
