What Is Mccandless Foolish Behavior

In nowadays, who else would like to travel somewhere without any money or supplies? I can’t believe who would do that expect the poor or the homeless. Due to McCandless throw away everything and stepped into the wild, and I believe this is a foolish behavior.
For the first thing, reality materials. McCandless burned his money and left his Datsun on his trip to the Lake Mead National Recreation Area in July 1990. The cause of that was the flash floor and his car’s battery died. In addition, he left all his belonging as well. On this point, I think he determined to let everything behind and going to proved himself that he can stay alive freely without any control. He was a clever person that had higher grade-point average in college. He was offered a membership from Phi Beta Kappa but he denied. Also, many job opportunities were open to him on his way traveling. Even though, a lot of great opportunities for him to be in success, he refused all. I strongly believe he was putting everything to himself to just getting freedom and do whatever he wanted.
With all the negative comments about McCandless into the wild but some people are taking positive view on McCandless. For example, some people were struggling of finding their own life path on self-discovery but McCandless found it. He was truly knew what he was doing to sacrifice himself. He experienced something that some of us will never get the chance to do or afraid to do. In some way, he was a hero.
Based on my own point of view, McCandless was a little bit surprised to me. I think he should be saved the fund from his parents and continued to attend to law school or find a job to be able to keep him alive. To step backward, even though he want to explore and wandering into the wild, he should be going with a partner's or preparing equipment and not just going into dangerous without any
