Have you ever wondered if your regular drinking water was clean?, most likely, you already assumed it was safe and never gave it a second thought about it, when in reality not all water is clean. I am conducting an experiment questioning if the type of water will affect plant growth using microwaved water, tap water, and rainwater.

First things first, microwaved water is water that has gone through a process in which microwaves interact with the water molecules causing quick vibrations causing thermal heat. Microwaves mainly affect water and other molecules that are charged asymmetrically (one side negative other side positive). I chose to use microwaved water because according to many scientists, microwaves damage nutritional value to foods, reduces vitamins in vegetables, damages essential disease fighting agent in breast milk, can inactivate ingredients ,in foods such as garlic, that fight cancer, and reduces thirty to forty percent of B12 in milk into a dead form. Although microwaves can be convenient time wise it is definitely inconvenient health wise.

Tap water, thought to be safe, but now considered very dangerous. I chose to test tap water because I have heard how it is regularly treated with chemicals and how so many hazardous agents are found in our regular tap water supply. For example,

Soft water means water that has no added salts, minerals, or chemicals unless found at or near an area with pollution, and then it is called acid water. Rainwater’s percentage of pollen, mold, pollution, and other contaminants are at bare minimum in comparison to your own public drinking source. The only rainwater you should avoid is acid rainwater. Rainwater is the purest form of water because, when water evaporates, only the hydrogen and oxygen materials are evaporated leaving all other materials and impurities, then forming a cloud leading to
