Romeo and Juliet confessed their love for each other the first time that they met. They claim that they fell in love at first sight, but love is not something that can happen instantaneously. Love transpires gradually. On the other hand, lust can happen instantly. Love is a deep emotion of affection that you feel for someone whereas lust is just a desire to be with someone. Romeo and Juliet were only in lust, but not love. Couples should spend many months or maybe even a couple years getting to know each other before they decide to take the next step in their relationship. A couple shouldn’t decide to get married so soon after they start dating. The time that they have while dating should be to find out if this person is truly the right person for them. Unlike Romeo and Juliet, couples should be able to understand each other and communicate easily before marrying each other.
