For most of the people, buying a house is a hard decision to make. Especially when it’s not just a bargain for merchandises, it’s the place where we live. In order to get a ideal house, I would want to know about the surrounding area, the flexibility of space using, and the price of the house.
First of all, quality and convenience of the neighborhood is essential for me. Since the house will likely be the habitat for life time long, easily accessible supermarkets and a friendly neighborhood would be mandatory for the house. Let’s say if there is a cabin in a small town, where you have to spend hours driving to get to the grocery and live with indifference people; that doesn’t seems appealing and worth spending all your saving to buy it.
Secondly, before purchasing a house, I would like to ask about the flexibility of the space using in the house before buying it. The reason is that I want to make sure my house is alterable is because I might live there for decades. It would be boring to live with same display all the time. In my opinion, whether I could destroy and rebuilt the wall or not matters, because I would like to change the appearance of my house regularly.
Last but not least, the price of the house is the most crucial key point above all of the factors.
