According to McIntosh’s article, number nineteen stood out the most to me. “I can speak in public to a powerful male group without putting my race on trial.” This is true because most people care what white people have to say without putting their race on trial. However, If an African American or any other race speak up for themselves, people would look down at them. For example, when Martin Luther King made the speech about his dreams, many people did not like it, which create a lot of hatred towards African American.This is not fair because white people have many privilege compared to any other race.
