Throughout most of the story, the narrator was very naïve about his past or pretty much everything around him so we didn’t know much about him. As the story came to the falling action there was a lot of suspense because the narrator was describing the events as they happened such as when he entered the party all of the people ran and became very afraid and it was unclear why because the narrator had believed that he was just a regular person so that’s what we believed too. As the story comes to a conclusion it starts to reveal that the monster that everyone is terrified of is actually the narrator.
