It is my belief that the Whole Foods Market forces the moral principle of loyalty. Whole Foods keeps its promise to their employees and communicate and continue to bring good to those around. They keep the trust of the community and charities by given back. They believe in quality service and also make sure the employees are happy, in doing so happy employees produce good customer service, good customer service makes happy customers, and this keeps the business growing. Whole Foods has gone above and beyond to stay within rules, and laws set forth. The book states The Character of America has changed, those values associated with the market hold sway in their most caricatured form: individualism and self-reliance have morphed into selfishness
