As a society we have learned a lot about how gun laws do not help and how they do.We also talked about the consequences of having guns and how people are coming up with ideas to make our society better.There have been a lot of the things I’ve learned that really made me reevaluate some ways I feel about guns.Ultimately, I still feel the same way about guns: having a gun will feel more safe. There are so many instances where crimes could have been prevented and innocent lives could have been saved if people had had a gun to protect themselves. Overall, the people who are getting injured and killed by guns are law abiding citizens, and the ones doing the killing are the ones who break the law.I understand the point of view of people when they say guns should be banished but the truth is that people who are committing crimes with guns most likely got them illegally.So even if let’s say your governer signs a new law that no citizen under any circumstances can carry a gun, people who …show more content…
