In the play Julius Ceasar by William Shakespeare, Ceaser was killed because people thought if he became king he’d become evil, even though he showed no signs of becoming evil. This was very drastic. He was killed by Brutus, one of the conspirators. After he was killed, Brutus and Antony both made speeches. Brutus’s speech was to calm them down and to explain why he killed him, kind of to sound like a hero to me. He just sounds like he is trying to fortify their beliefs that he did the right thing.
