What did the U.S. lose in the Vietnam War? The U.S lost many things during the Vietnam war, such as money, soldiers, the dignity and freedom of some of our soldiers, ruined the economy and lost many other resources. The United States suffered a horrific tragedy during the Vietnam War. In 1975, the Vietnam War ended with the vietnamese having victory. Many people believed that the United States had won the war, others thought that Vietnam and the U.S. had tied. Due to all of the actions and events caused we lost many things but the Vietnam War should not be one of them. The United States feels as if it were our politicians that made us lose the war due to the fact of them surrendering. Both sides were settled into a war of attrition, they had a small series of battles to consume the resources of their enemy.

arguably never lost any major battles. It could not stand the constantly increasing loss of American lives and the economic burden the war carried out on its people. This eventually forced the US to leave Vietnam before the war ended. Due to all the tragedies during the Vietnam War the U.S. lost and suffered many outbreaks. Due to all the disruption and violent acts peace will be found. We may have lost many things but we did not lose nor win the War. Between the years of losing soldiers we will alway remember them. All of the small series of events that happen the politicians were a big cause of our lose’s. The US military was unable to pursue total war, which furthermore collapses in morale was a major factor in defeat. Even though the U.S. lost many soldiers, resources, money and ruined our economy we still stand strong for what we believe in today and stand for our rights of freedom.
