Why Do Dragons Have Been Alive

Dragons have not been alive in our lifetime but who knows if they have ever been alive or not. J.R.R. Tolkien is an author who writes books about mystical lands and fairy tales. Tolkien has wrote many books with dragons and other such beasts. The quote “It does not do to leave a live dragon out of your calculations, if you live near him.” would make more sense in one of her books and not in the present day. Some dragons may be friendly, they may be mean, or they might just stay out of sight. Dragons aren’t all evil as they are portrayed to be. Some dragons can be friendly and caring. There would definitely be benefits if the dragon next door was nice. If that person was able to make friends with that dragon then that would be very beneficial. In fact some of them would be terrible to live to live by. There are always going to be the nasty type a animals out there. If an evil dragon was living next door then they would ruin a person’s life. The dragon would eat all the cattle or anything that moved. Dragons are known to take anything of value and protect it with their lives. So that means that people in the town neighboring the dragon would lose everything of value to them. At any moment the dragon could burn the whole town down and everyone in the town. Children wouldn’t be able to play outside. Eventually everyone in the town would either move somewhere else, kill the dragon somehow, or they would all die a terrible death. It would be very hard to kill a dragon because they have scales that are too thick for almost every arrow or projectile to penetrate. Dragons also live for an outrageous amount of time. They would be able to outlive generations of humans. The best option for humans would be to pack up their things and leave. They might want to leave a few things of value behind for the dragon to take into its den. The people would just have to hope that the dragon wouldn’t chase them
