Why I Want To Be An Army Brat

Let me tell you about myself. I am a 20 year old woman raised by my strict Father who was in the army for 21 years. Being an "Army Brat", I have gained traits such as respect, friendliness, loyalty, accountability, integrity, and most of all adaptability. I was raised as an "Army Brat" and I have lived in different places all through-out my life. Being an Army Brat has lead me to meet a large and diverse amount of people. A majority of people cannot say they have lived in the numerous amount of places that I have through-out my life. I've lived, socialized, and friended myself with numorous races, religions, and ethnic groups. This has made me a very accepting, non-judgemental, optimistic woman. It has helped me to mature into the young, open-minded woman I am today. All I want in life is to be successful. My father has made me proud my whole life. He has shown me first hand that things aren't always as easy as they seem. He has shown me that you may not always want to do things that you have to do. He has shown me that if you work hard and chase your dreams you will be successful in life. I'm not looking for a life handed to me. I'm looking for a life full of accomplishment and happiness doing what I love to do. Most of all, I want to make my father as proud of me as I have been of him growing up. To conclude my essay, if given the oppertunity, I will prove myself to the world. I am a young, strong woman and I have a positive, motivated mentality. I am constantly striving for greatness. There is nothing in my way that would prevent me from achieving everything I've ever wanted in my life. I will chase my dreams. I will accomplish my goals. Most importantly, I WILL be successful.
