Education is something that one pursues in an attempt to better themselves either through career advancement, or self-knowledge. For me an education means obtaining a higher knowledge of learning that cannot be taken away a process that takes dedication, courage, and persisents . My personal goal to obtain this degree is to show my children that you are the only person in control of your destinty. That short cummings, obstacles, and disappoints will be there but forward is the only motion. Personally I am seeking this degree to futher empower me when it comes keeping my promises to myself, becoming proactive, and fostering change in my own life My professional goal is to enter into a career where I can help those whom always seems to keep fallen through the cracks. It was this dgree in which I took classes in sociology and psychology where I gained a great interest in how the mind works, how different environments influences behaviors, and a way of life. This was very intriguing to me because you never know what drives a person until you understand their background. After completeing my undergraduate degree I went to work in the health care field with securing a mangeral position with a clinical pharmacy. Working with other healthcare managers I saw the need to go back to school and work towards a Masters of Businesses Administration in healthcare management. Statistical classes , working with different programs, and learning the importance of ethics in business gave me a more solid foundation of understanding of what it takes to running a success business. My next career move lead me to a line of work with mental health. Observing, understanding, and just seeing how those suffer from the diease only drew me in to want to learn more.
