When someone opens a door for you, what do you think? Do you think,’What a nice person.’ and say thank-you. Or do you think what do you want and say thanks? No one would think that was a good act of chivalry. This is because chivalry is barely even thought of now in days. The more we forget about chivalry the more faster it becomes a thing of the past. In the middle ages it was said that chivalry meant being courteous to women and being ‘gallant’. But nowadays women are believing and learning how to live without men. This makes it hard for men to show an act of chivalry without getting a smart comment or a bad look.NOw the question we all ask is if chivalry is dead or still alive. If you were to ask me if chivalry was dead i would say no.
