Why Is Cimorene Justified In Dealing With Dragons

In the satirical novel Dealing With Dragons by Patricia C. Wrede, the main character with the name of Cimorene. She is no typical princess of medieval times. She is a adventure seeking, smart, and tricky princess who runs away from her parents. She then goes to a dragon's cave to ask a dragon to be a dragon’s princess, and a great fierce dragon named Kazul took her as her princess. Cimorene was not justified in ignoring the social norms of a typical princess by risking her life, practicing magic, and running away from her parents. To begin with, one of the reasons that Cimorene is not justified was by going against her family by trusting a talking frog to meet some dragons in a hovel (Like on page 9). “ I would rather be eaten by a dragon”
