Frank Sinatra in nowadays known as one of the most influential music artists of the 20th century. He was an American singer, actor and producer and is one of the bestselling artists of all time, having sold 150million records worldwide. He was the recipient of 11 Grammy awards, and known for his perfect sense of dress and gripping stage presence. He always insisted on recording live with his band. He is known to have the nickname, Ol’ blue eyes due to him being known for his bright blue eyes. He led quite a colourful personal life, including several violent press confrontations and problems with bosses, and he was married 3 times.

Having starred in many television shows, movies, musicals, and topped the charts with his own albums, Frank Sinatra is a very influential figure to many performers to this day.
As well as being quite an inspiration to many performers of the century, frank Sinatra has left quite an impact on current times in the way that his songs are still sung. Canadian singer Michael Buble is said to be the ‘modern day’ Frank Sinatra, and the similarities are inevitable.
Though he sings with the same style as Frank once did, many disapprove of the pop flair that Michael has begin to bring to Franks’ tracks in the multiple covers he has performed.
The other statement is that Michael Buble completely copies Frank, even in his own songs, and is yet to emerge as his own artist.
