Why Is Grendel Bad

In the story of Beowulf, Grendel was the bad one and Beowulf was the good one. In ways I can relate to Beowulf and Grendel. In the story of Beowulf, Beowulf was the hero and he also defended his people and that made him the warrior. Grendel was bad because he was a greedy and was a brutally cruel monster. In the story Beowulf there was Grendel which no one really liked because he slaughtered the Danes and he feed off of them and Beowulf the hero and warrior that defended his people, and for his time that made him an effective warrior.
The good I do is if I see someone that needs help I help them and I don’t walk away or tell them I can’t help them. Sometimes if my mom tells me to do my chores I do more than what she asked me to do. I also sometimes i'm an ignorant person when I am either in a bad mood or just want to be. I easily get distracted when I am sitting and doing nothing or when someone is being distracting. When I get mad I raise my voice at people because I don't like it when people talk bad about others. I sometimes also talk negatively about others when they want to fight my friend or talk behind their back. When I don't get enough sleep, I am a grumpy person and no one likes it when i'm in a grumpy mood. The good is that I sometimes will friends with people that look like they have no one to talk to I usually go talk to them and am sometime helpful when I want to be. The bad is that I don't do what i’m told to do and I sometimes talk negatively about other people when they talk bad about my friends and I raise my voice when I get mad.
