Dr. Seuss once said, “Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.” Thanks to my scrapbook, I am able to relive every stunning moment in my life. My scrapbook has been a treasurable item to me for as long as I can remember, because it allows me to reminisce amazing experiences, acknowledge my accomplishments, and keep track of my life. In the first place, my scrapbook is an item that reminds me of great memories. A memory is “the faculty by which the mind stores and remembers information,” according to the dictionary. To most people, a scrapbook is a book of blank pages for attaching clippings, drawings, and pictures in, but for me, my scrapbook is much more. My scrapbook gives me a different perspective on my life. It has the ability to store anything and everything significant from my monumental thirteen years in this world, and it has never once disappointed me. Many people can remember all of their amazing moments from their past years, but I have a terrible memory. I can go through it and be reminded of so much.
