Each facet and institution of our human existence requires the principals of a form of government to avert inequality and uphold order in America. But, the only way to uphold a suitable government is for a society to have a constitution cemented. Without the United States Constitution, for example – the ossification of America’s government would be void of all necessary government as it is deposited today as it was in the past. Throughout this treatise, the goal is to illustrate why the Unites States Constitution should not be rewritten.
We as citizens of the United States need boundaries. We even need to feel protection from the government, which can sometimes write laws that are not clear in focus. Yet, we have to be subjected by laws of the land in order to protect and preserve order. The only way for this to be effective is to retain the US Constitution, even when an individual disagrees with the way government sometime chooses to operate. The healthiest and happiest way to ensure government operates in a sane and productive style is to – once again, have clear, set boundaries forged by the US Constitution’s guidance and the constitution, therefore, should not be rewritten. The founding fathers gave this country one of its greatest prize possessions – the US Constitution. And to rewrite its rigid and sometimes lissome premise would endanger every citizen in this nation in a way we could not begin to imagine. The US arms forces and necessary agencies would be undermined; internal controls would stand the risk of being placed under the subjection of external rules of possible organization and classification, and authority.
We need the arm forces and other necessary agencies not to be gambled at the hands of rewriting the US Constitution. But, if the country held a new constitutional convention were the US Constitution won enough voted to rewrite it, a lot about the arm forces would be jeopardized. The country would not have a leg to stand on in order to protect its borders from invaders out to the country unjustifiable harm.
And the governmental as well as non-governmental agencies would stand to lose the important weight each agency carries throughout not only America but the respect it they have in other countries such as our allies, rogue countries, and even Third World countries. The vitality of each
