In today's society, the biggest challenge for college students is that everyone feels the need to fit in. People thrive for the most likes on social media and care indefinitely about others opinions. We are at the age where our lives are about to change, for better or even for worse, and having narcissistic attitudes will send us towards failure. When did it become "uncool" to be caring and kind towards our fellow citizens? It is time that we, as upcoming college students, take a stand to this; in being that we are the only ones who can change it. People need to know that they are worth so much more than their photographs on Instagram or the unprofitable ideas being fed to them by the horrific image of an "idealistic woman."
