The major theme of this book is the conflict between good and evil. Robin Hood and his band

of merry men, though technically robbers are always present as fair in their dealings, even with

the people they rob. Pyle takes the reader along with Robin Hood and his band on their merry

adventures. They tell of Little John, Will Scarlet, and Allan a Dale, and how they

came to join the Robin Hood clan.

Robin Hood escaped the arrows of the grim Sheriff of Nottingham, and later revenged himself;

what

happened at the court of the gentle Queen Eleanor. The tales go on to tell of Little John as a

barefoot friar, and Robin Hood as a beggar; the chase by the quick-tempered Henry II; a visit

from the good King Richard of the Lion's Heart; and all

A favorite for generations, it will be welcomed again by parents and children alike

in this sturdy paperback edition.

I am writing this paper about my opinion on Robin hood whether he is a Christian or

just another do good along with some other questions. I would believe that Robin hood

would be a Christian, I think he is just another person. The reason why I think Robin

hood is not a Christian is because he steals from other people. He steals from the rich.

His motto is "steal from the rich give to the poor". He invites rich people like the

bishop or the sheriff to Sherwood forest for a dinner. After they would get done eating

he would tell them to pay up and he would get a lot of coins. Another example is when

Robin hood had killed the king's deer when he is not supposed to because if you kill the

kings deer you will have to pay the consequence. Now Robin has done some good

things. He has helped other people like he has helped sir Richard's son to pay his debt.

Because his son had accidentally killed somebody in a jousting match. Robin hood can

be a good person and bad person at the same

Some people like Robin hood because he helps people that's why

he has a lot of merry men and they have joined. He his also a good helper to other

people that's the other reason why some people like him. Robin hood is a very sneaky

person and he likes to deceive people into tricking them and people fall for it. Like a

example Robin hood likes to go in disguise to get into events without people seeing him.

I guess you can say he has impacted different people in different ways. Another

question is how has his legend impacted the way people think? Well there can be

several ways he has impacted the way people think. One of them can be how he treats

people. Like he treats widows or women with great respect. That is good character to

have. Robin hood is different from some people. Robin hood is the type of person to be

helpful and unhelpful at the same time. Robin hood does not treat everybody equal. He

likes to deceive people. Some people might think Robin hood is just a terrible person.

The biggest lesson I have learned from the merry adventures of Robin hood is that

you

should treat everybody equal like when he said steal from risk fee to the poor. I
