Maturing in today’s society has provided me with an apparent advantage understanding technology and how it may operate. Given the 90s era foreshadowed great developments in the field with the invention of the original iMac and trendy usage of pagers. Informational Technology is today’s spin of last generation’s recreational pleasure, as I would define it. IT, popular acronym label of the field, is in fact defined as “the technology involving the development, maintenance, and use of computer systems, software, and networks for the processing and distribution of data” illustrated by Merriam-Webster. This unique way of processing and distribution of data has revolutionized key elements in society such as education and medication.

With technology as a useful and efficient tool, ill teach my employees to effortlessly process information to make decisions in their best interest. That’s what’s at hand: our best interest, it is essential to young adults that we comprehend our environment to successfully navigate. To elaborate on my previous statement I’d like to reference an explorer with neither a compass nor map. This person, like many of our youth today, has set themselves up to fail. As misguided adolescence becomes prevalent among teens today, it has become of much importance to one day manage. Proper management takes care and patience, specifically with teens and young adults alike, hasty judgement and disobedience is common. Allowing time and space for employers is essential, along with providing resources and communication does a great deal in mitigating the business environment.
