”Don’t believe anything you hear”. This quote by Mark Taylor tells Chase that he should not believe anything he see on the internet. Chase used to do this every time he heard something. Plus, Greg from Diary of a Wimpy Kid Old School by: Jeff Kinney, has this quote written in the story. Even though Chase and Greg have some same character traits, we have one trait that is completely different.
One similar trait we have is that we are both clever. Chase has good grades in his class. This makes him clever because he has all A’s and B’s in his class. He has A’s in his Introduction to communications, physical education, and world geography classes. He has B’s in his ela, math, and science classes. Most of the time, he scares him or pants him, but rarely, he will punch Chase until he can’t breath. Greg always falls into tricks too. Once, he hid a candy bar when he went to camp and his brother found it and ate it (pg. 171) . He made it so when he sent mail to greg every week. He would tape a candy wrapper on a letter and mail the wrapper to him. This is why Chase and Greg are gullible.
A different trait is that Chase is responsible and Greg is irresponsible. Chase would listen to teachers and actually learn something. He would get good grades because of this. But with Greg, he would use Frew (a really smart 3rd grader) to do all his homework (pg. 17-18) . When Frew would do his homework, he would get good grades and not learn anything, but Chase actually would listen and learn something. This is why Chase is responsible and Greg is irresponsible.
Clearly, you can see that Chase and Greg have some same and different character traits. So, Chase and Greg have some same and one different character trait(s).
