nA perennial woman who is in the autumn of her life, deep wrinkle skin with laugh lines around her mouth and eyes emerald green, dull but still remained with strength and wisdom leaving the home that she has lived in for her entire life. Everyone she has ever known, has ever loved has been long since died. All her family is no more. Stuck in an obscure lonely abyss she lives, fighting each day with an empty love stricken heart, the roll of memories in her unforgettable mind as she starts to fall deep into the succumb to dementia. She is forging her life over to a nursing home, knowing her deep-rooted age is creeping over her like lead weight on her broken down shoulders. As her eyes scan over her longstanding house full of passion and memories, parts of its recollections still linger in her mind fighting it’s was out, as old age as consumes it. Built in the 1930, weathered paint, arts and craft styled bungalow and the vast oak tree out the back where her and her true love would lie under the picturesque Milky Way. Reminiscing her mind starts to shut down wanting not to remember her sense of belonging she had with her partner. He ment everything to her, she felt alive, the connection she had with him was unstoppable. After his death, she lost all hopelessness, her mind started dulling the memories, her house was the only item she had left to feel the linking with him. As she understands her life has coming to an end with this house and leaving that sense of belonging, the sense of anything she had, belonging to this house was the most important thing she is still remembers. Even though her mind is fading into a void of nonentity, she still has hope knowing even though her hoary mind is giving up on her, she will be with him again one. As her eyes scan over the deceased house once again a wave of peace and serenity flows through her knowing she is no longer lonesome or dejected, leaving the house with a sense of belonging that she will be with the one she loves soon.
