World War I: A Personal Analysis

It was 1918, I was staying home because my husband went off to war. I stayed home doing everything to keep the house good for him when he comes back. I haven’t seen him since July 4, 1914. I really missed my husband we have three children and they are all grown up now, they are very mature since their dad left. Our children really miss him, along with me. He went to war to fight for our country.
The war was dying down and I thought it was over and i would be able to see my husband again and my children can meet their father. Then I peaked outside the window and everything was worse. I had some of my family. But I didn’t have my husband, I missed him. My really good friend was telling me how the war is coming to an end. So that meant my husband would be coming home soon. But my family wasn’t one of them. He came home shortly after the war ended. He was a whole new person, he looked at things differently than everyone, he valued many things. He valued the littlest things in life, because he almost got torn from his. A war can change many people in many ways especially if you were the one fighting in it. My children missed their father very much, when they came home from school they saw hima and ran to him right away. I had already spent the day with him so i just let our kids see him and talk to him. Am very happy our family didn’t get torn apart. It wasn’t shortly after he came home that we also got to see the bad things about him. My husband was no longer my husband. At times he would act like it but at other times he wouldn’t. He would sometimes get really angry over the smallest things. I had no idea if it was in his past of getting angry, so i went to his parents. His parents said he had anger problems in the past, they thought the war brought them back up because of all the terrible things he went
