The administrative services and the related departments play a key role in delivering the highest quality of clinical services to the communities in which they serve. The chief executive officer is responsible to ensure that all personnel not only doctors, nurses and technicians but from case managers, environmental services aides and security as well delivered the best patient care outcome.

• Ensure that policy and procedures are created and carry out properly. HIM department has a responsibility to provide feedback to the administration service department that will allow for measuring progress making sure goal and objective are met and eventually improve the running of the hospital

• The administrative service is responsible for creating and producing all forms that are used by the HIM department that become a part of patient medical record. It is these forms that the department can gather information on whether the HIM department is performing and make the necessary changes that need to be done to improve the HIM department is need to.
