Between the two arguments from the movies “To Kill a Mockingbird” and “A Time to Kill” I believe the argument from “A Time to Kill” to be the stronger and more convincing one. The lawyer uses rhetorical questions, epithet, and pathos to help convince his side of the argument. The lawyer begins his argument by asking everybody to close their eyes and picture in their mind the story he tells them.
