A woman can lead change in many ways, but for that change to be truly effective, the cause must be something that she feels passionately about and is willing to fight for. She should be outspoken about the cause that she believes in and be willing to spearhead the movement. In addition, she should be prepared to be a role model for those around her. Women in positions of power have the potential to draw large audiences, which can be highly advantageous. Finally, she should be able to stand up against the inevitable backlash that occurs whenever change is taking place and debate in a respectful manner. The most important aspect of a woman’s quest for change is to make sure the cause is something she is truly passionate about. Enthusiasm is contagious and if is she is able to communicate that through her love of what she does, others will follow. Passion is incredibly necessary because she needs to be able to stick her neck out for what she believes in. Any sort of change will spark backlash from those afraid of it, but her passion for what change she is trying to make will allow her to push through and persevere.
