While politicians and prosecutors press for hard-line stands against youth offenders. The judges should send the teens to a rehab and see if the kid is not progressing and if they do progress they get a second chance, and not be sentenced to adult court and be tired as a juvenile. If the kid shows not effort or does not progress within the rehab they should be charged as an adult, In conclusion I believe that teens should be tried either as an adult or as a juvenile according to either if they are broken or not. They should be given a couple of weeks of rehab and see how they do, if they do meet some requirements they should be given a second chance but if not they should be tried as an adult in
