I have always loved working in healthcare.I received my nursing assistant license at sixteen years old. I knew from the time I was a child,I wanted a career in the medical field. The area of surgery has always interested me the greatest. I feel like becoming a surgical technologist I could impact lives the most, learn something new every day ,and I could always find work or advancement in my career.
Making an impact in a persons life is very important to me. Becoming a surgical technologist I could help save lives.Helping with surgery makes you a vital part of an operating team.I know that keeping the tools sterile,and keeping the incision area clean is the biggest part of preventing infection.
