It has come to my attention that the Beer industry is one that is very vast bringing in around 196 billion dollars in the United States alone. Anheuser Busch InBev, better known as the maker of Budweiser and Stella Artois beers is the world's biggest brewer. With just the information I provided you I feel I can write a very effective report that could go in a number of directions, not to mention that Anheuser Busch InBev recently added to its size with the purchase of Mexico's Grupo Modelo which is known for the most imported beer in the US Corona. Grupo Modelo sold rights for an astonishing $20.1 billion, with that being said most people thought that was a great price for the company, weather I agree with that is another story, although it is expected to bring in revenues of $47 billion annually there are a lot of other factors that are not mentioned.
As a member of America I was appalled by the decision to continually let this buy-out go forth seeing how this should have been looked at as a possible monopolization of the beer industry. Then In April Anheuser Busch InBev came to terms to buy the Dominican Republic's Cerveceria Nacional Dominicana for more than $1.2 billion. Anheuser Busch InBev isn’t planning on stopping there; they are currently looking at acquiring SABMiller, or PepsiCo.
