Hello the person who I will be interviewing is an African American female, her name is Kasandra Johnson, she is an28 year old single mother of 3 daughters. She also is a full time student at the University of Phoenix who is working on earning her associates degree in criminal justice. She says that she is a woman who is all about her family, and working hard, She says that the kind of personality that she has is a very uplifting one. She will help anyone who needs help if she can. Her daily attitude is usually in good spirits, but she also states that she is an very observant type of person who takes no mistreatment from anyone anymore, her quoted words are “YOU GET WHAT YOU DISH OUT”! So with that being said she will most defiantly treat you how you treat her.

The interviewee best remembers information by observing the actual actions of behavior that is being performed right in front of her eyes, she is able to get an realistic view and it is set I her mind that this is actually what has happened or this is what this person has done. She is able to remember and lock information into her thoughts and memory from viewing rather than trying to remember what she has read has occurred. As I have stated earlier the interview is currently attending school to earn her degree in criminal justice. She says that finishing college is a must for her. Although her schedule is very busy with work, and raising her children, she always makes sure to make room to study. Most of the time she has to fit her study time into an tight schedule, she says it will get done as long as she is in an comfortable area, so she would rather study in the comforts of her own home where she can get comfortable on her couch, or in her bed with her relaxing pajamas on with a little calming music playing in order to get her mind calm, and collective to study what is needed. I looked at her side ways and asked and you actually get your studying done at home? As she replied, yes I have young children at home and it can get an little out of control with distractions going on, but it is nothing to big that I cannot get under control! She says that the library is a quiet place to do studying but it is better for her to be able to focus if she is comfortable.

Kasandra has completed the Myers Briggs personality test her results were 1% extraverted, 12% sensing, 25% feelings, and 44% judging. It also showed that she was slightly expressed extravert, slightly expressed in sensing personality, moderately expressed in feeling personality, and moderately expressed in judging personality. And it stated that the interviewees type was ESFJ which says that she is a "caregiver", and for good reason. Caring is the very nature of their personality; a personality driven by feeling judgements and supported by a strong sense of the world around them. The ESFJ not only sees how situations affect themselves and others, they are concerned about it. Everything that makes them feel valued and successful is bound inextricably to the value and concern they need to exchange with others. "Give and ye shall receive" is the motto of the ESFJ, whose gifts serve the most important function in all communal human processes, from the family to the wider world of care giving such as hospitality, primary teaching, nursing, aged care, social services, human resources and so on. Whilst their judgments might be bound by a somewhat conventional moral code, the ESFJ always stands up for what they are certain is the best for others. In some situations this trait can lead them into disaster, particularly if they are thrust into an unsuitable role. The ESFJ thrives best where they can make the decisions and organizes things to suit
