Our business will be opening a candy store located at Yonge & Dundas. The name of the store will be called “Hey Sugar!” which will focus on 4 types of candies:
Chocolate:
Brand name chocolate bars: Kit Kats, Oh Henry, M&M, Twix, Nestle Crunch, Snickers
Different types of chocolate bars: Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Sweet-Dark Chocolate

Cookies:
Types of cookies: Half-Moon, Chocolate-Chip, Gingerbread, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Rainbow
Gum:
Brand name gum: Wrigley, Trident, Juicy Fruit, Hubba Bubba, Bubbilicious, Bazooka
Lollipops:
Types of lollipops: Suckers, Tootsie Pops, Ring Pops, Smartie Pops

Product:
Chocolate, cookies, gum, and lollipops are the types of candy we will selling because we are just starting the business. Once the business is up and running, we will add more products into our store. We found a supplier who will provide us all the products at a discounted price for purchasing in bulk.
Place:
We decided on locating near the Yonge/Dundas area. We feel that it has a high traffic flow for customers to come visit and purchase in our store. It is also an ideal location for us to execute our promotion strategy, which will be mentioned later. We’ve scouted some places to lease the store and found an opening. 346 Yonge Street, Toronto, M5B. The store is approximately 500 sq feet and is available for lease for $800/month.
