Did you know that millions of people contact the flu each year? The flu is a disease that can hurt or possibly kill you. Most of the flu cases could easily be prevented if people keep cleaner habits. The flu can be encouraged or prevented its all up to the people of America to prevent the flu with heathier and cleaner habits.

There are millions of causes of the flu. First you have cleanliness of the body and habitat. You have to keep your body clean so bacteria and diseases will not grow on your body. Then you need to keep your living environment clean and free of the flu virus. No one needs to live in a dirty, nasty, slack disease infested home. They need to keep a clean safe home. When your walking down the street and someone in front of you coughs or sneezes then you walk into it, you have just possibly exposed yourself to the flu.
