What bad things did the Chicago Fire have on the city of Chicago and the citizens in Chicago?How did the fire start? The Chicago Fire in 1871 had tons of destruction of well, the houses, buildings, and even everyday life for the people. Lots of questions will be answered because of legends of the Chicago Fire.It started way back on October 8th and lasted until October 10th.At least 300 people died and the fire left about 100,000 people homeless. There was about $200.00 damage to the city also.

With the roaring fires, and the suffering people, the Great Chicago Fire was one of the worst disasters in the world. People suffered from death, death in their family, no house, etc. Why do we have horrible disasters like this? No one will know because it is mother nature.
