In the 21 century, People Republic of China has become one of the influential countries due to their population and economy growth. In order to balance the population to prevent the famine, Chinese government started the family planning, which includes one child policy, egg freezing policy since 1980. On the October 29, 2015, the Chinese government announced that the one child policy has changed to two child policy. Although there still are many people that are disagree with Chinese government, which is the new two child policy released on October 28th 2015, I actually support the new two-child policy.

Chris Smith notes, “It remains highly restrictive because it still limits the size of Chinese families, which means it will be enforced coercively.” People don’t want to be controlled under the law, they need the freedom for having as much children as they want. They say the women may be subject to forced abortion because Chinese government didn’t remove the abortion. According to the article, “China decides to end 1-child policy, allow 2 children” by Louise Watt, he reports a real estate agent Zhang Linghui, the policy changed was “sign of respect toward the people”, “You should be able to choose how many kids to have,” she said. One of the reasons why people, who against two-child policy, are thinking about two-child policy is still an affront to freedom, but in my own opinion, the government has the obligation to control the population in order to prevent any danger in the future. If the government gives people right that can have unlimited children immediately, the population is going to severe shock the society and lead lots of problem such as unemployment because don’t have enough job opportunities. Addition, if the government wants to give people more freedom to have child, they should change the law gradually to make the population increase
