It was very rich in taste and seasoned to the T. With its creamy Caesar dressing, it kind of gave it a Greek inspired taste. It was unlike something I’ve ever had before. For my entrée I decided to go with the grilled salmon dish. I would recommend this dish to anyone who seems to find interest in the Coco Palms. The salmon had a very light texture and was seasoned perfectly. The char from the grill gave it a nice smoky taste that went with the white wine sauce it was served with placed at the bottom of the plate. The grilled salmon dish also came with two succulent jumbo scallops, a portion of yellow Cuban rice, and a couple of fried Cuban style plantain. By this time I was already full, but I couldn’t leave without getting a taste of
