Never forget who was there for you when nobody else was. The book Of Mice and Men was written by John Steinbeck. The book starts off were two boys; George and Lennie get let off of a bus many miles from where they need to be which is a farm in California. Along the way they realize that Lennie is a little special, but he is devoted to George. Every move he makes Lennie is always following. Throughout the book George and Lennie’s companionship grows and George learns to rely on Lennie. They enjoy each others company whether they come out and say it, because that is their family, each other.
