The Crucible Essay Everyone has different views on authority, laws, and order. In the story The Crucible people had extremely different beliefs. A wonderful example of these varying opinions is John Proctor, Judge Danforth, and Reverend Parris from the crucible. The characters may have a few similarities, however their views on these topics and what motivates them to complete their actions are quite different.
