Comparing The Matrix And The Lion King

There are many ways in life were you can show leadership, teamwork, mentoring skills, and different types of communication. Throughout the movies “The Matrix” and “The Lion King” these list of things are all shown in each of them. There are many examples throughout each movie so here they are. Leadership is defined as an individual who is a leader of a group or organization and have many qualities of leadership. In the movie the “The Matrix” leadership is first shown by Morpheus and Agent Smith. Morpheus shows 2-5 levels of leadership because he is the commander of his crew and ship and shows every one of the crew members who they are and they follow him to learn what the matrix is because they want to. Agent Smith show levels 1 and 2 because he is the leader of the agents and the other have to follow him to help him on his quest but they also want what he wants so they follow him because they want to. In the movie “The Lion King” many levels of leadership were shown and they were by Mufasa, Scar and Simba. Mufasa was the King of the whole land Pride Rock and he is respected by all the animals that live there and they also follow him because he’s done everything in his power as king to …show more content…
An example of teamwork from the movie “The Matrix” involves Morpheus and his crew working together as a team. They work together by locating Neo and protecting him from the agents to show Neo the Matrix. An example from the movie “The Lion King” the team that I thought was the most important was Simba, Nala, Timon, and Pumbaa. They really work together to take back Pride Rock and they all had roles to contribute together for great teamwork. These two groups were both successful because they simply communicated and all had roles for each other. Some groups doesn’t always work out in being successful because simply being unorganized or someone within the group fails to do their part to work
