In this experiment, I recorded the length of sleep and my mood the following day for five days. There is a positive correlation between the number of hours of sleep I got at my mood the following day (0.9112). The higher the number of hours of sleep and the quality of that sleep, the better my mood and overall day was. My two best feeling days were Thursday and Friday, and both those days I had more than eight hours of sleep. My mood was the worst on Wednesday, and it was most likely due to the fact that I got below seven hours of sleep and my sleep quality was awful, waking up many times throughout the night.
