Have you ever wondered why there are so many deer in your yard? Well it's not just a Carlisle thing. White Tailed Deer overpopulation is a real problem in many rural areas all over the North East. Overpopulation occurs when the factors that control the population of a species go away. Some reasons that the deer are overpopulating are that all their natural predators are going extinct. All the wolves, bears, coyotes, are dying off, leaving the deer perfectly safe.
