Being diverse is valuable to most because the fact that all cultures, races, ethnicities have something valuable to offer. Diversity allows us to be surrounded by people who can give us a different insight on matters that we may not even think of.
2. What is ethnocentrism? In what ways can ethnocentrism be detrimental to a society? Ethnocentrism is the act of judging another group or culture by your group or culture’s own standards. Ethnocentrism is inevitable for some people because when a person believes something it is usually a strong belief.
