Do you think that the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution be repealed or amended? My honest thought of the second amendment being repealed or amended is that it shouldn’t be repealed. There has been way too many shootings in the past couple years. A few of them were the Sandy Hook Elementary Shooting, the Columbine school shooting or just a week ago the shooting in Oregon. After these shooting people in the U.S. wonder if something or someone could of prevented it.
Honestly, there is probably nothing anyone or anything that could have stopped those mad killers from creating those shootings. The only one or thing that could have prevented them was the person who planned on doing it. People need to stop thinking about how could we of stopped him or her, or what could we have done to stop it. Instead they need to be thinking about how are we going to prevent something like this from happening again in the future? There are a few things that they could have done. The schools could have had better security or not, have let the man or women in. Yeah the man had the right to bare arms, but he disobeyed the second amendment. One of the reasons why these shootings could be happening is because, for one parent aren’t keeping a close eye on the guns and the kids …show more content…
