The Constitution is one of the most important documents in history ever written. It made major differences in America and protected its people. The constitution gave its power to the people and regulated the entire country.

The Amendments are the steps and rules to a better government and country. Each Amendment has its own importance in the Constitution. The 1st Amendment gives the people the freedom of speech, religion, and the press. This gives Americans the ability to express their thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. If a person feels offended or bothered by something, they have the right to oppose and/or protest to that cause.

Also fines must be reasonable for the situation. This amendment protects people from very harsh punishments that may be unusual or inhumane to society.

Amendment 9 are other rights kept by the people. This are rights that are kept by regular citizens. These rights are not necessarily in the Bill of Rights. These rights are similar to natural rights that are given to the people. They are not to be denied or disparaged.
