Pacifism is the idea that violence and war are unreasonable and should be solved in a peaceful manner. George Orwell is against the practice of pacifism, because of the killing of innocent people in World War II. I agree with Orwell that pacifism aids the enemy, because not fighting enemies results in more misery for your people. However, it is possible to maintain a pacifist position without tacitly supporting evil. This is because pacifism is strictly against all war, so it is helping neither side.
The saying, “If you are not with me, then you are against me,” is a very justifiable statement. Therefore, pacifist does not help a side. People must react violently to stop the enemy that is violently attacking. A country will be quickly conquered
